Time zone for shifts adjusted

Post: Update

Shiftplanner kept all date and time columns time zone aware. These dat and time values are stored in the database as UTC and 'were' converted back to the current Time.zone when retrieved from the database. We no longer do this now.

Not all devices automatically adjust to the local time zone when travelling. Usually your mobile (smartphone) does but not automatically your laptop. That causes confusion especially if you get a reminder for your shift that does include local times.  And because almost all shifts are also done locally, we turned off the conversion to local time.

Disadvantage: if you have an online meeting as a 'shift', for example, the time is now shown in Central European Time (CET) and you have to calculate the time difference yourself. This rarely happens and think the advantage outweighs this disadvantage.
