Through the configuration settings, you could already hide contact details from each other on the personal page that can be seen by all logged in.

Now it is also possible to hide the history of shifts from everyone who is logged in. The administrator can now set that via the configuration settings under Address Book shifts history (privacy) and hide from each other.
